Step-by-Step Instructions
- On this page, choose the download that matches your computer (Windows or Mac).
- When the download finishes, open the file that appears at the bottom of your screen or in your Downloads folder.
- If your computer asks for permission to run the program, choose Allow or Run.
- Once the program opens, you will see a number labeled ID.
- Tell that ID number to your technician and click Accept when prompted.
You can end the session at any time by closing the program.
