Follow the instructions below to connect with your technician.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. On this page, choose the download that matches your computer (Windows or Mac).
  2. When the download finishes, open the file that appears at the bottom of your screen or in your Downloads folder.
  3. If your computer asks for permission to run the program, choose Allow or Run.
  4. Once the program opens, you will see a number labeled ID.
  5. Tell that ID number to your technician and click Accept when prompted.

You can end the session at any time by closing the program.
